Web Form to Add Machines to SQL #115

A Web Form that asks for:

1.A Serial Number of the CATS hardware attached to the machine

2.The Machine type (FDM Printer, SLA , Laser etc..)

  1. The Machine Name (Type A Series 1 Pro, Cube Pro etc..)
