What is the relationship between the book/reader URLs and the meta.json? https://bloomlibrary.org/player/AKPtz5tXCM?lang=es is "El ganador de la cuarentena"

That, downloaded on my Windows Laptop is in ... 21edc31a-6e1e-4078-b037-10b696db198a\El ganador de la cuarentena But "AKPtz5tXCM" doesn't show up in meta.json
