Delete .codes.yaml files #1

in a project like this, it is really more idiomatic to put the codes in the normal yaml.

As Travis complains, this commit breaks the build as the Makefile currently expects that a .codes.yaml exists.

But I guess I can extend ttbox to allow detecting at runtime where the scriptcodes live... I'll have a shot at that and then came back to this PR.
