This PR:

Adds app router examples
Specifies which env vars should be associated with primary domains vs satellite domains
Does the same for which ClerkProvider props should be associated with which domain
Removes the table of properties on the page. It looked a bit big and intimidating. I turned it into a list instead
Puts the env vars and properties options into tabs so they can be swapped between and take up less space
