Fix manypkg build-lint workflow failure #81

The build-lint workflows are failing due to dependency version mismatches and the manypkg check throwing errors. This PR was created after running manypkg fix which will hopefully resolve this

What's the proper solution going forward so that this doesn't keep happening?
