Create Drizzle branch #97

both create t3 app and create-t3-turbo have options for using drizzle. I think a "drizzle" branch would be nice for people not familiar with configuring drizzle or for those looking for a batteries-included starter that uses drizzle instead of Prisma.

I'd be happy to create this branch and make a PR.

I have the changes ready on my fork of the repo I just need a "drizzle" branch to be created so I can merge into it.
