Update package.json to use local workspace references for pnpm packages #99

Updated package.json files to utilise local workspace references (workspace:*) instead of global versions (*) for @acmi/* packages to ensure that pnpm correctly resolves dependencies from local sources.

Is this project no longer being maintained? This repository was a significant selling-point in my decision to integrate my project with clerk.

@skylerisskyler I'm afraid not - I emailed James Perkins asking exactly this question and he said he has no plans to maintain it
