Investigate menu button not showing during page redirect #65

A user has informed me that the menu didn't work for them. After discussing with them, this may possibly be related to #39

Me: You said my channel didn't work, but as soon as the stream goes online it works User: I'd have to refresh but yeah, any offline streams it doesn't load.

Me: a possible idea... does a hard refresh of the offline stream work? Ctrl+F5? User: it works with a normal refresh, you're stream now has it loaded User: Okay. Yeah just tried a couple more offline streams, 1st load no script, refresh script loads. Online streams it just loads.

STR per user:

  1. Open http://www.twitch.tv/directory/all
  2. Open desired stream in new tab (still have initial directory tab) --> Middle mouse to open the stream in a new tab
  3. If stream is offline, script will not load.
  4. Refreshing the stream tab will cause the script to load.

User who reported this was still able to reproduce. e6f253535f3a50a0e28444c6b88b265bedf376b4 did not resolve this.
