MenuButton not showing in Vivaldi #90

The emote menu for Vivaldi Web Browser is not showing. This is what it's like with Vivaldi.

Here's what bttv is like for Chrome where the emote menu actually shows. capture for chrome

Ref night/BetterTTV/issues/1179

Check to see if Vivaldi supports userscripts (e.g. Tampermonkey). If it does, then this should be supported.

Works for me through Tampermonkey and late-load.
