Add filter "in CAP" to source datasets #20

Add a field to source dataset in the build called CAPLink. Make it always null for now.

Add CAP link as a column on source datasets,

Add a filter "in CAP" with yes/ no values depending on if the source dataset has a cap link.

Group this with the "in cellxgene " filter.
