Pulse-width modulator, frequency generator #4

Add a configuration menu and pulse-width modulator to the AUX pin.

Will require:
1. Routine to assign and setup the PWM hardware on the AUX pin.
2. Menu to configure period and duty cycle (in KHz, MHz, ms?).

Added function to AUXpin.c to setup the PWM. Need to add menu option and
configuration menu.

G starts the PWM config menu. Still need a decent config menu (enter in ms, hz, 
khz?).
