Purchase dataset missing #1

Hello I believe the purchase dataset is missing from the repo. This is seen when running train.sh 5 there is an error "FileNotFoundError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: '/Users/chaselemley2/machine-unlearning/example-scripts/purchase-sharding/datasets/purchase/purchase2_train.npy'".

run prepare_data.py first.

In time.py, delete "times.tmp".
