Now that we've gotten further on, I kinda-sorta-hate-this.
Its not wrong and its not bad, but its not efficient.
There's a lot of default content and fields for settings within these post type declarations that are unneeded.
Better to instead have users only declare the parts that need to be custom instead of everything.
Then, when the require settings change, because they WILL (e.g.: show_in_rest anyone?), only one function needs updating instead of every function.
