A few problems with the new channel display #155

* It doesn't show a correct number of channels subscribed to (says 1 for me)
* It doesn't show the channel description when hovering.
* Hovering over the last icon on a row breaks formatting in OS X Firefox 3.5.6.

Adding to the list:

* The manage link in the top right corner of the channels display is not 
working (404).

User @matpe reported that for him, the number of channels displayed is (0) 
while he subscribes to 6 channels.

It took me a few seconds to work out what's wrong with the manage link. It 
points to 
$USERNAME.jaiku.com/channel rather than http://www.jaiku.com/channel
