What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. use secure/signed amazon s3 asset link
2. swf: 
https://xxxx.swf?AWSAccessKeyId=xxxxxx&amp;Expires=1339316536&amp;Signature=abcd
ed34gdfh%3D
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Swf should be load successfully

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
FlexPaper: 1.5.1, Ubuntu 10.04

fixed in upcoming build 1.5.2. Make sure you set EncodeURI to false

I have downloaded the latest FlexPaper '1.5.3' and set the EncodedURI to false 
but still the problem persists. Any idea?
