Improvement (FlexPaper Standard & Zine): Responsive UI design for avoiding a horizontal scrollbar #296

Allowing small widths w/o showing a horizontal scrollbar.

One possible sollution for such a responsive UI could be to automatically 
display a "more" header menu item containing all the header menu items that 
don't fit into the header due to the current viewer width.

We have decided to extend the ability to skin and customize the UI. A new build 
is on schedule and this enhancement will be included
