"license key not accepted" error in IE when viewing fullscreen and FullScreenAsMaxWindow = true #304

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Set FullScreenAsMaxWindow : true
2. Click fullscreen icon in IE
3. Receiving error 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The PDF does not load when viewing full screen as the error "License key not 
accepted. Obtain a license from..." appears.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Latest version of Zine as of 10/1/2012

Please provide any additional information below.
Works fine in all other browsers. Only works in IE when not viewing in full 
screen mode.
