Issue (Enhancement, maybe bug): FlexPaper / Standard Viewer: "Fit to width" 
resp. "Fit to page" buttons might be active in Two Pages" mode.

How to test the behaviour:

-- Open this doc: 
http://devaldi.com/adaptiveui/Intl_Monetary_Fund.php?ro=html,flash&prefer=true

-- Click on the "Two Pages" mode button

-- Click on "Fullscreen" button

-> The images are not resized according to the fullscreen 
--> demand to resize, i.e. "Fit to width" or "Fit to page" 
---> However, "Fit to width" or "Fit to page"buttons are not active in "Two 
Pages" mode.
