Draw cursor not changing when deselecting cursor #345

1. Set StickyTools to true
2. Open Adaptive UI interface, flash version
2. Select Draw tool
3. Deselect Draw tool

Draw cursor remain also after deselecting draw tool

FlexPaper version: FlexPaper_2.0.6_c_Annotations_1.0.20_Customizable_UI
OS: Ubuntu 12.04
Browser: Chromium 20
