Pending reindex message will show at each login, regardless of how recent the reindexing has been executed #329

Steps to reproduce

  1. Login in Biblivre
  2. Reindex your all records (bibliographic, vocabulary and authorities)
  3. Log out
  4. Login again

Expected behavior

The red alert message will disappear

The red alert will appear again
