As @VirusViper reports in https://github.com/cliaz/Titan-Panel-Classic-Reagent-Tracker/issues/22#issuecomment-1703784772, the addon sometimes doesn't load icons and quantities, just has the addon text of "Reagent Tracker". A /reload resolves the issue.
