Wrong link on home page #19

Seen on https://www.clibs.org/ :

The link for "The GitHub wiki [listing of packages]" points to https://www.clibs.org/packages.

I think it should point to https://github.com/clibs/clib/wiki/Packages

I tried to make a quick Pull request, but in the source code (Home.tsx) the link is correct.

This is very strange. I can't reproduce this locally, but it's very clearly wrong in prod.
