Update tests for latest click #4

Im happy to extend it to also make py26 pass, by supporting older versions of click also, as it looks like I'll be needing that for the older openSUSE releases.

You need py26 support?

Because I've just removed that from the test matrix.

No, I have older suse versions failing because they have very old click, so it would be useful for the tests to support both.

But lets see what the openSUSE maintainers say to my packaging request before adding stuff which may be unnecessary.
