Update the visuals for the box that buildings are contained in #23

Currently, the floating-box style building box looks fine visually, but the issue becomes that the buildings can't scale easily horizontally, making integration of the scrollbar a difficult task.

Instead, making the building's boxes look more like they do in the mobile version (connected) would make the boxes change width much easier.
