Add "open in browser" button to three URL fields #84

Message: Beside each of the 3 URL fields it would be nice to have a button/link to launch the URL in the default web browser - if the field is populated

No room to add buttons, so I made the labels next to each textfield clickable. Not entirely obvious, but it works.
