changed title-getting method to pull in video meta data and changed the function name accordingly. Meta data is now passed to DOM-generation function
added basic styles to support new thumbnail element

Finally getting back to this.

Oh, I see, you just wanted the preview on the CMS side, and not available on the front end? Or was that a future enhancement.

My only concern is how it works in Matrix & Grid. Does it make each row huge?

This seems abandoned, but if anybody ever comes back to it, I think the best option would be to add a field type option that specifies whether to show the thumbnail in the CP or not. Some of our clients seem to like the sleek look without the thumbnail, and it works great within a matrix or grid without showing a huge thumbnail.
