Option to disable log rotation and supplied log name #122

Please provide an option that would allow to disable the built-in log rotation 
and make the server respect the supplied log name exactly (i.e., not inject the 
current date in to the log name). The current behaviour makes it impossible to 
use system-wide log-rotation solutions that allow for managing logs in a 
consistent, system-wide manner.
