Incompatibility with easydb/typo3-integration #333

There is an incompatibility of clickstorm/cs-seo with easydb/typo3-integration because both extensions use the exact same timestamp for registering a TCA hook in ext_localconf.php.

(Either this is a very strange coincidence, or the code was copied from easydb/typo3-integration to clickstorm/cs-seo.)

The attached patch fixes the problem.
