update weights #52

@AnnikaTjuka, this will now add new weights to our output, which can be accessed through the plot-routine. It will as a default use language_count as a weight, but it will normalize now by taking existing data for conceptA and conceptB into account. I am not entirely convinced of that normalization formula yet, but it is a first step.

Okay, new weight calculation is quite nice, I think: maximum weight is 1, means if there are in 10 languages words for "foot" and in seven languages words for "leg" and we find seven colexifications, the weight is 1, otherwise, it is less.

I consider this as better than the one we had before, but we will have to see.
