cross-links to other clusters need to show the original concept that links #16

currently, they only show the concept underlying the cluster (which is of course not what we want)

So, the original behavior of the CLICS visualization was to use the bold font in order to show strong links among communities, that exceed a certain threshold. In principle, this is all preserved, and I have to admit that I don't remember why I filed this issue.

The only thing that I'd suggest for the clics visualization now is that the community is shown along with the concept, to allow for a "hopping" from community to community. So the only thing we should have is a table that shows not only the concept but also its community (see screenshot for the "old" behavior).
