Make 'Last-Modified:' search case insensitive #12

Because HTTP headers are not case sensitive (per RFC 2616 spec).

NOTE: The build only failed because travis couldn't fetch shellcheck with apt-get. :(

Can you pull from upstream so we can evaluate the Travis builds based on the latest changeset? Even with re-running the builds they're going to have a hard time 😿

Love to help you get this merged, but we do need to get the tests passing.
