Update Travis dist to focal, remove shfmt and shellcheck install #31

This is an even leaner Travis config than the previous https://github.com/client9/shlib/pull/28/ , as shfmt is included in the common Travis images now.

Hello @client9 , FYI travis-ci.org is shutting down and migrating to travis-ci.com. There's a guide for migrating an OSS repo to the new domain.
