Doesn't work with Ghidra 10.1.3 #17

I get this error when trying to run AnalyzePs3Binary: https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/930763884363644938/975254364946051122/unknown.png

This doesn't occur with 10.1.2.

Works fine here with the zips from the repo on 10.1.4 (Added 10.1.3 + 10.1.4 now)
