Enhance Usability #219

Rename what is currently PircBotX to Network, and rename MultiBotManager to 
PircBotX. Thus, reducing (possibly removing) confusion. Network should retain 
its connect commands so they can be connected and disconnected individually.

No. Unless you plan having PircBotX handle something other than IRC (Say wha..) 
There is no point to prefixing IRC to it

Ugh. I hate not being able to edit my comments >_>. Anyways, the api was 
already kinda broken when addBot was changed to addNetwork and all of the 
<pircbotx> was removed. A bit more renaming can't hurt?

I removed @deprecated from addBot but kept addNetwork as an alias. I'll decide 
weather to go through with this in 2.2
