Continuous medication names

We're working on finalizing our continuous medication table and found that some of the med_categories listed are confusing. Can all be changed post-ATS, but may be helpful to any non-clinicians creating a continuous medication table.

thyroid replacement -> levothyroxine, not sure if there was anything else people wanted when this list was made up.
narcan, currently listed as analgesia. Would get rid of this and leave naloxone where it is in the other category, since they're the same medication.
bivalirudin alteplase -> split into bivalirudin and alteplase as separate measures (or just keep alteplase, if not interested in bivalirudin)
tocolytics is medication class, if these are important to an analysis, should list out specific medications (could be post-ATS)

@chochbe1 you are the poc for medication_admin_continuous, I'm thinking we need to bring in an ICU pharmacist to make sure our mCIDE is complete

also maybe "zidovudine" which is an ART can be dropped

Totally agree; I had a preliminary meeting with a NCCU person and they noted some missingness for NCCU important meds (phenobarb). I can work with one of our ICU pharmacists here to review.
