Nit! But, may I suggest that we add the phone number as "HP : 98765432" instead, as it may not be immediately clear that it is a phone number, as it is under "Comments: "

In the user guide, there is a breakdown of the UI explaining the structure of the card. It would not pose a problem for users who are familiar with the interface.
