In CLIJ2, affine transforms (together with rotate, scale, translate and rigid transform) are inverted to what a user could expect.
Fixing it in CLIJ2 would break workflows.
Suggestion: Put an inverted version of the Affine Transforms 2D/3D in CLIJx
