Duplicate of #266 (The only person in that ticket that had something downloaded was ivanstegic)

Still working on this, I am at 1.1TB right now.

Had to stop for a while, back at it now. Up to 1.8TB will report back when done. Current data is already available mirrored online here: http://data.ourdataourhands.org/podaac.jpl.nasa.gov/allData/rapidscat/
