Downloading the data at ftp://spdf.gsfc.nasa.gov/pub/data/omni/, which is linked from and seems to be at least part of this? Estimated size 42.2 GB.

From the original link, it is unclear what data should be mirrored. It also doesn't seem to be at-risk data. Marking as low-priority but please comment if this is not accurate.
