I have this set and ftp://podaac-ftp.jpl.nasa.gov/allData/aop/, and am working on ftp://podaac-ftp.jpl.nasa.gov/allData/aquarius/ using filezilla, but it is slow going on the latter (anywhere from 20-30 KiB/s) if anyone has any ideas to speed up filezilla, it would help immensely. Thanks

I believe the Aquarius data set is over 1 TB. Filezilla will support a maximum of 10 connections. Your speeds sound like they might be connection related, I'm getting > 10 MB/s from podaac right now.
