@jasonout is it an offline mirror or do you have a sharable link? Also what was its hash? You can do it hashdeep -rl ./podaac.jpl.nasa.gov/allData/woce > podaac.jpl.nasa.gov_allData_woce_hash-audit.txt assuming your folder structure is "./podaac.jpl.nasa.gov/allData/woce"

I have an online mirror but it received a few errors on a few directories but the size is right. I used lftp to download the mirror. The hash deep is in the directory as well. http://45.76.8.27/climate/issue_325/
