Edited: Fixed path problems, downloaded a clean version, created a new hashdeep.

@kangamoo thank you. Would you double check your mirror? It seems like the structure is different than what is at the source FTP site. In particular you have /retired/L3/L3/... which does not exist and are missing /retired/L3/2000 and /retired/L3/2001.
