5 years ago I have a complete mirror of this data on the climate mirror storage array, but it's not at a public URL yet. I'll attach links once I make the array public. This is a dataset that has been low priority in part because many copies should exist. I decided to make a mirror because the front page has been a
500status for about a month, so it seemed prudent to make a copy in case the site is having neglect issues.
