It appears that everything listed here, except Sea Winds and SURFA, is part of the NOAA ftp archive, ticket #112.

For the two exceptions, the download URL is: ftp://eclipse.ncdc.noaa.gov/pub/, which is already referenced by #47. Therefore, I believe this is a dup.
