First iteration of the list of suggested and alternative technologies we may find useful

I should be set up with my fork. Have my fork main and side branches for editing and version control setup. Here's the first pull for the starter field guide. Working on an instruction guide for how I created a separate branch, connectd my account, ssh, making push, pull, new branches, etc

@bigolboyyo this is fantastic, but belongs in our primary repo, /climate-tech-handbook

I'll need myself or someone else to pare down from the stuff we're actually using versus the stuff we're discussing and link to those discussions from the main forum if need be.
