Changes include

added some limited logging
Merged /remove_yaml_frontmatter and /delete_frontmatter to one endpoint, /delete_front_matter, which includes an optional toggle 'delete_title' which allows us to exclude title from deletion
Fixes to add_tags and remove_tags endpoints
