10 months ago For work on the green web foundation platform, we've started to adopt a ship, show, ask approach for changes, as outlined below, to speed up the getting small changes like this into production.

On this basis, I'm accepting the change as I know it fixes a known bug, and the consequences of merging in bad code are pretty low anyway.
Our code and design can't currently handle an additional fourth tier of carbon intensity: "very high", and as such this change is currently breaking the site.
This quick fix tells our carbon intensity checker to treat "very high" simply as "high".
