Adding an Action
They will see an “Add Action” page which requests the following information:
Action name (text field)
Action description (multi-line text field)
Action date (three drop-downs: day (dd), month (mm), and year (yyyy))
User must provide action year as minimum
If user does not provide value for dd/mm, default values will be 01/01
Action type (drop-down)
Location of publication - drop down displaying list of geographies
Keywords - the user may enter 1 or more keywords that will be associated with the Action.

The user should be able to add one or more documents to the Action.
