few hundred votes renders very slow #54

I generated more dummy date and with 300 votes the list renders very slow. I will look into adding a virtual scroller which only adds to DOM currently visible elements.

mostly done and ready to preview on staging,

i still need to tweak when exactly opinions get shortened since currently sometimes they don't, will do it tomorrow and then close this issue
