Showing #of voter and country name after user votes #69

In the current staging site, after a user votes she lands in /info where she sees the text "Congratulations on being part of this citizen vote on climate change"

can we take both the # of voter and name of country and show her a text saying

"Congratulations, you are voter #72 from Scotland"
